I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking for but I have a faculty member who wants to see what a Land Deed from around 1820 (or earlier) for the Ohio territory or rural Connecticut. For this project it doesn't have to be a specific area. Since it isn't for a specific owner or place - I have no idea if this is possible.

She is looking for how a Land Deed from this time and these areas would be worded rather than any specifics and I'm not even sure where to begin.

Any guidance would be appreciated. Of course we don't have funds, but at least if I had something to let her know that would be very helpful.
