Subject: [ILL-L] Request form

Dear colleagues,

We're working on creating a single web form for our users which should fit all needs - ILL and requests for copies or loan from our own collection. At the moment we have three different forms: ILL books, ILL articles, copy request from journals held locally and we have now realized that our users don't know which one to use when and why should they? They just need one form and then we're going to find out for them how the item is best supplied and from where.

Does any of you have a form you're using for this purpose that you could share? I know that Illiad has a form like that but unfortunately OCLC will not let us purchase Illiad as we're in Europe where they don't support it.

Thanks and best regards,

Poul
