[ILL-L] "consumers digest" citation assistance

Good morning.
Today we're looking for a back issue of Consumers Digest.  ADT (the home
security people) reports that the company is listed as a "Best Buy" in the
August 2007 issue of Consumers Digest.  Alas, they don't mention anything
helpful like the actual title of the article or a page number.

There is an open-ended OCLC record for Consumers Digest.  A spot check of
the libraries listed there shows that they either stop their holdings in
2000 or 2001 or show no holdings at all in their catalogs.

Does anyone actually own Consumers Digest?  If so, could you help with the
citation and/or provide the article?  I would be more than delighted to go
through the appropriate channels if I just knew whom to ask.
