[ILL-L] Looking for loan of paper or electronic copy of hearing

According to our catalog we have it both in paper and in fiche.   The bad news is that our print documents collection is temporarily closed off while the sprinkler system is being redone.   It was supposed to open this week but this afternoon the workmen are still up there.   We are EEX.  Put us last in your string and we may be able to help you out.

We are a depository library, but this item falls into an item number we do not select. I have not been able to find any free electronic access to this government publication doing various Internet searches, through the Catalog of Government Publications (CGP), nor the FDsys.
 
Most depositories who do own the item are probably going to have it microfiche format, since that's how it appears it was distributed from the GPO.
 
However, I am looking for libraries who have the item specifically in print (book) format who are willing to lend the item, or are able to send/lend the item in electronic format. My patron is not interested in microfiche format. The max cost for a loan would be $30.
 
If any libraries own this item and can lend it in either book or electronic format (not microfiche), and can meet a $30 max cost, please contact me off list with your library information and OCLC symbol. I will then submit a formal ILL request in OCLC with OCLC symbols.
