We allow staff and a few government agency librarians to use OCLC Direct Request but everything routes to our Review file. We want to be sure requests are routed to meet copyright guidelines and take advantage of LVIS and reciprocal agreements.

Hello,
Our institution is considering Directing Requesting. I'd be interested in hearing from other institutions who are doing this. Has anyone experienced any major problems?
