[ILL-L] Direct Requesting

Hi,

I am also interested in this.  I am especially looking for any
information on setting up for delivery to go directly to
patrons/libraries in our case.
Also, if you are an ILL center for your region or state did it take a
lot of training to get your libraries on board.  Were you able to use
the OCLC ILL tutorials successfully for training?  Any and all tips will
be appreciated.

Hello, 

Our institution is considering Directing Requesting. I'd be interested
in hearing from other institutions who are doing this. Has anyone
experienced any major problems?
