[ILL-L] Average cost for ILL request

If we calculated ours, our Lending costs just went up this month.  When
my staff was cut, I took over Lending.  I'm a Senior Librarian so it
went up quite a bit.

Hello all,

 

Has anyone recently calculated what their average cost is for an ILL
request, taking into consideration mailing costs, staff time, etc.?  I
believe the last time we looked at ours it was around $25 per request,
but parts of the process are now automated, so I'm guessing it would be
less.  What have others figured it to be recently?
