[ILL-L] Request for FREE article in Parassitologia

Hello in ILL land,
 
I am having trouble locating a FREE holding/lender in OCLC for the following article for a faculty member here at Harford Community College:

Volume: 41

Date: 1999 (it's either September or October)

We are an LVIS library and our max cost for the article copy is zero.
