[ILL-L] Deflection of Item types

Go to your record in the Policies Directory. Click on the Policies tab, then
click on Deflections. Click on New, set the parameters accordingly, and save
the policy.

Good morning,

                Aaron's recent question reminded me that I also had a
question concerning deflection.  Can someone remind me or better yet send
instructions on how we can set up the automatic deflection for specific item
types?  Our current policy is not to loan media materials (not my preference
or decision) and I would love to be able to deflect those requests.
Suggestions?
