[ILL-L] new scanner

[Document Delivery]

We were looking at the Fujitsu fi-5220c, which other libraries around
here have, but the IT people chose the HP 7650n, which one library I
know has, and they like it. So, there are two good choices. I hope it's
compatible with Odyssey, if we ever have to get it,
