[ILL-L] Panzerlied Sheet Music

Hello,
 
I'm hoping that you might be able to help us locate some sheet music. One of our patron's is looking for Panzerlied written by Kurt Wiehle in 1933. Preferably for the piano. All I am finding in OCLC is a sound recording of The Battle of the Bulge Music from the original Warner Bros. sound track. This is the right song, but the wrong format.
 
It looks like it might also be known as "The Tankman's Song." 
 
We will be grateful to anyone who might know a bit more about this song and could point us in the right direction.
