[ILL-L] jump in cost of purchase of ProQuest dissertation express

I actually  have a call into them regarding this issue.  I spoke to
someone yesterday who said I needed to speak to someone else who wasn't
there yesterday, but she thought I was still supposed to be receiving
our discounted price through our Dissertation Express account.  I'll let
you know what I find out or if you want to call you can try as
well--1-800-521-0600 and ext 2242.

    That would be something to ask them about.  A quick look at their 
site lead me to this page: 
http://www.proquest.com/en-US/products/dissertations/dexplib.shtml where

it says $30 for academic libs.  Copyright 2009, but no indication of 
when the page was last edited. If they've raised their rates, they're 
hiding it pretty well.
