I am looking for someone that would be willing to loan us Issue 3: Volume 17(2007)  and  Issue 2: Volume 18 (2008)  of the Serial Title "Journal of interlibrary loan, document delivery & electronic reserve"  ISSN # 1072303X.  Would be willing to pay?  If able please answer off-list with info and conditions.
