I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation to all of you who responded.

Rebeca, you were a close second. Thank you both. And thanks to all of 
you who responded to the listserv as well. I feel so fortunate to work 
within such a wonderful community.

I also had to laugh when I saw my typo - I mean offlist, not 
offline...and it's not even Friday yet!
