[ILL-L] No charges for ILLINET members

Beginning May 1, 2009, the UIC Library of the Health Sciences 
(locations at Chicago, Rockford, Peoria, and Urbana) will no longer 
charge ILLINET member libraries for article or book chapter requests 
exceeding ten pages in length. Requests for articles will now be 
filled with no charge to the borrowing library.
