[ILL-L] Ariel Not Working at GZN

Hello ILLers,

We experienced network issues this morning and as a result our Ariel 
receiving (129.89.95.62) computer is not working properly. We can see 
that requests are coming into the IN folder, but they are not appearing 
on the main screen (at least it looks like they are coming in). However 
the files that we see have strange file extensions. Our systems 
department is working on it, but are just as stumped as we are. They are 
going to try to work on it tomorrow morning as well.

So for now, please hold off on delivering articles to GZN via Ariel.  
Hopefully we should be functioning by Monday. Also, we would prefer if 
articles were NOT sent via fax or snail mail.

As a side note, our Rapid lending is functioning. Go figure.
