[ILL-L] New international ILL rates for NOC effective May 1st

Hello all,
Alas, increasing costs has led NOC (University Library - University of 
North Carolina at Chapel Hill) to raise our charge for a loan to 
libraries outside the US and Canada from $32.00 to $45.00. 
Additionally, the charge for a copy is going from $12.00 to $15.00.

Effective May 1, 2009 the new NOC ILL charges to International Libraries

Loan:  $45.00
Copy:  $15.00

We regret the need to increase our charges, but as others have noted, 
the international shipping costs are averaging $30-$35. We continue our 
commitment to sharing our resources with libraries worldwide.
