Ceil-
Regardless of the technical skills, most new folk have a difficult
time understanding
the great division of ILL tasks---borrowing (ur readers) and lending
(their readers).
I suggest that u train lending in the AM and borrowing in the PM in
order to establish
that well in ur new trainees mind.
If they 'get' that difference it might not b so confusing 2 the newbie.
