[ILL-L] turning off OCLC direct request?

In the Administrative Module > Resource Sharing tab > Patron ILL
Settings > ILL Processing:
In the grid of radio buttons at the bottom, select "OCLC ILL Review
File" (if desired) instead of "OCLC ILL Direct Request Profile".

	Greetings,

	I took over ILL operations at a library that had OCLC direct
request turned on. I need to turn it off, and I have no idea how. Is
this a setting I can change (somewhere in the admin module, perhaps)? Or
do I need to go through my regional provider?
	 
	I have never been a fan of the idea of letting my patrons pick
their own records, and man are they proving me right.
