[ILL-L] turning off OCLC direct request?

You can go to WorldCat administration module (a button to the top left
on the Resource Sharing page), then on the left go to Staff ILL
Settings, choose Direct Request Profiles, and then call up each profile
and at the very bottom it will say 'produce the request', change it to
no, and save it.

Greetings,
I took over ILL operations at a library that had OCLC direct request
turned on. I need to turn it off, and I have no idea how. Is this a
setting I can change (somewhere in the admin module, perhaps)? Or do I
need to go through my regional provider?
I have never been a fan of the idea of letting my patrons pick their own
records, and man are they proving me right.
Thank you so much in advance, for lending a little sanity back into my
life.
