Texas A&M University's ILL stands as a single department, reporting directly to the Associate Dean who oversees both public and technical services. In May, we will group our Circulation/Reserve/Media services with Reference. But, the administration decides to leave ILL by itself as a single unit. We put ILL books to our circulation desks, so we no longer need to have a public desk to serve our customers, we communicate with our customers via phone or email whenever needed.

ILL is its own department, a part of the public services division (the other departments are reference, access services, and music/media).

Hello,
I am looking at reorganizing some of the departments in our library. Can you tell me what department you are considered part of--Circulation/Access Services, Reference/Adult Services or Technical Services?
Thank you for your help and time.
