At the Cumberland County Public Library, Fayetteville, NC we have two staff members in the Ref/IS department process the ordering / borrowing of ILLs and two staff members in the Circ department tend to the lending aspect. Once a requested ILL is received it automatically goes to Circ for processing. Circ also handles the returning of materials.

At GAC we're part of the Circulation Department. However, we do work with all the departments sooner or later each week.

Hello,

I am looking at reorganizing some of the departments in our library. Can
you tell me what department you are considered part of--Circulation/Access
Services, Reference/Adult Services or Technical Services?

Thank you for your help and time.
