[ILL-L] Damaged/Lost Materials in US Mail

Agreed. I get just as many damaged packages from UPS as I do from USPS, 
and I get a heck of a lot more packages from USPS. So I would have to say 
their "intact-to-damaged" ratio is worlds better than UPS. And 
incidentally, in my experience, UPS will not pay for any claims, they 
refuse on the basis of "improper packaging" no matter how well-packaged it 
is. Even if they drive a forklift through it. No I did not make that last 
sentence up. USPS isn't perfect, but the service I get is just as good as, 
if not better than, UPS, at 1/3 the cost. Hooray USPS!
