[ILL-L] slightly ignorant question about going non supplier

Hi Alison,
starting on the day when it first kicks in, it prevents new requests
from hitting your library. If you need to put up an immediate block,
you can set up a temporary auto-deflection in the Policies Directory
and give it a name like, "holiday rules," or, "technical
difficulties," etc.
