[ILL-L] cost to reserve a book

Good afternoon:

Does anyone know the average cost to a library to reserve (and supply) a book?


I often compare ILL to reserving a book at the library:
    person not find what wanted
    person tells library person what it wanted
    when library gets item, person is notified

I'm wanting to determine the difference for a presentation in May where I discuss the similarities and differences in the two services.
