If you deliver books to your faculty's office, could you respond to me offline at zyang at tamu.edu, I have a couple of questions for you.

1. What method do you use to deliver the books to the faculty (e.g. send student worker/staff to deliver to faculty's office, or use the campus mail service to send the books to the faculty's mail box/office?)
2. Do you put the books in a special package? If so, what kind?
3. Do you ask the faculty to use the campus mail service to return the books or do you ask them to return the books personally to the library? (i.e. ILL office or to the library's drop off box) or do you pick up the books from their offices where you delivered?
4. If your student or staff deliver the books to the faculty's office across the campus, do you use Dolly or Golf Cart or any other means?
5. Any tips/suggestions you mind offering for implementing such service?

Thank you very much in advance.
