That sounds reasonable to me. I would normally automatically include the bibliography for the chapter, but if the bibliography is in the back of the book rather than at the end of the chapter, I might forget to check, so a reminder in the "page numbers" field (possibly repeated in the Borrowing Notes) is a good idea.

Subject: [ILL-L] Bibliographies
When requesting book chapter's, what do you do when a patron wants books' bibliographies. Is this something you tack onto the request, do you find page numbers, is it a separate request, etc.? How do you handle that sort of thing? I'd just put it on the request (p 62-81 & references), but wonder what the group prefers.
