[ILL-L] Bibliographies

When requesting book chapter's, what do you do when a patron wants
books' bibliographies.  Is this something you tack onto the request, do
you find page numbers, is it a separate request, etc.?  How do you
handle that sort of thing?  I'd just put it on the request (p 62-81 &
references), but wonder what the group prefers.
