I would think it would be against copyright unless the original medium
was no longer usable. But that's just my first thought, maybe you could
call the publisher for permission,

Subject: [ILL-L] Copyright question

Please shed some light on this situation: I have a faculty member who
wants to print two whole entire years of a journal that we own on
Microfilm. She wants to have those copies bound and placed on the
shelves. Doesn't this go against copyright somehow? The years are 1980
and 1984.

Thank you,

Ginger
