[ILL-L] Copyright question

Please shed some light on this situation:  I have a faculty member who wants
to print two whole entire years of a journal that we own on Microfilm.  She
wants to have those copies bound and placed on the shelves.  Doesn't this go
against copyright somehow?  The years are 1980 and 1984.
