Rachael and anyone else using Odyssey,
What do you do if a library contacts you to ask for a resend? Do you need to rescan the article? I can't see that there's a way to resend like in ariel so we have to do the work all over again. Is there something I'm missing? We use standalone Odyssey.
Thanks!
Erica

We are now using Odyssey for both Borrowing & Lending. We can still
receive articles via Ariel, but we can no longer send them that way (to
be frank we rarely did, as our scanner was so slow. Implementation of
Odyssey coincided with installation a very fast copier that we can use
to email ourselves TIFFs, so that is no longer an issue).
I am delighted with Odyssey--it makes me wish our patrons requested more
articles.
We are members of LVIS.
