If my meetings and list production cooperate on Thursday, I may have some
time to work with Gregory Thursday AM.  I've been poking around ILLiad in
Edit Request and doing some queries and see a few things that I'd like to
review.  I'm not sure how much work has been done on items that SHIPPED, but
are overdue in arrival to our libraries as well.   

Hopefully, we'll have some time that I can show Gregory a few things to help
with these processes and clarify a few things that may be confusing.
