[ILL-L] PUL Short-Staffed Due to Weather

The Interlibrary Services Office at Princeton University (PUL) is very
short-staffed due to the weather.  As such I have enabled a deflection
policy so that all requests, except those submitted by SHARES libraries,
will be deflected for today. 

I would also ask our SHARES partners to place PUL at the end of your lender
strings for today as well.
