One of my libraries is looking for the following citation from FRI Newsl (Fisheries Research Institute Newsletter)  (ISSN: 0128-9403)published by Fisheries Research Institute, 11960 Batu Maung, Penang Malaysia. Sulaiman, N and W.E.W.M Noor. Acute toxicity testings of copper, 
cadmium and ammonia to penaeus monodon and Lates Calcarifer.  FRI Newsl. Vol2, no. 2, pp 5-7. 1996. I've not found a record in OCLC. I found the FRI website and tried e-mailing the librarian, but have had no response.  I found that the National Library of Malaysia shows a holding for the publication, but have had no response to an e-mail request there either.
Any suggestions about how I might locate/obtain this item would be most welcome.
