[ILL-L] ASTM standard needed

Hi Linda,

It looks like this is a new Standard this year, 
http://www.astm.org/Standards/F2049.htm
If you can find a library with a current subscription (2009 Ed) to the 
Annual book of ASTM standards (ISSN 0192-2998) you could ILL it, 
otherwise you'll have to order from ASTM for the $37 they list.
