[ILL-L] ASTM standard needed

A patron of ours says she needs ASTM standard F2049 which is related to fencing in/on public playgrounds.   I have searched the ASTM site for this standard number and do not find it.   I also don't find anything specific to fencing in playgrounds, though there are plenty of standards on fencing and on playgrounds.   Does anyone have an index or other way to identify the correct standard number for fencing on public playgrounds?
