[ILL-L] Care and Handling Videos for Harvard's Scan and Deliver Service

Hi all,

We are very pleased to share with our colleagues a series of three
instructional videos for best practices in the care and handling of
library materials during scanning for document delivery:

These videos were created as part of the training materials for Scan
and Deliver, Harvard's new campus-wide electronic document delivery
service which launched on April 22nd of this year.  They were produced
by the S&D Training Team in collaboration with the Harvard College
Library's Communications Office, HCL Conservation Services, and HCL
Services for Research, Teaching, and Learning.

I'm so happy we are able to make these available to the entire
resource sharing community!  Please enjoy, and by all means feel free
to send me any feedback you may have.
