[ILL-L] OCLC support?

Has anyone attempted to reach OCLC for support in recent days?  Our IT 
person was on hold on the phone last Thursday for over an hour (he hung 
up), and I sent two emails to support yesterday and haven't received any

response.  Very frustrating.  Thanks.
