[ILL-L] BNY/NYP update

OCLC symbols for The New York Public Library BNY and NYP will be merging
starting June 15th.  This process may take up to two weeks to complete.
Therefore as of June 15, BNY will be going lowercase.

You can begin to search for circulating material from June 15th in NYP, but
much of the material will not be there.  You may send a request to NYP if
you find an item in LEO http://leopac.nypl.org/ but please note on the form
that it is not in NYP, but in LEO.

By July 1, we hope to have this all straightened out, and our new single
catalog for both research collections and circulating collections will be
live July 6th.

Thank you for your patience.  I will update our policy pages to reflect the
changes, but see below for the new policies.
