Ah, yes, those subject requests.  I once had an ILL request for "Titus
Andronicus."  It turned out the student needed scholarly articles on
this play, and thought he could avoid doing any research by submitting
an ILL request, and I'd do the rest.

You can, of course, always pass the buck on these to the reference
librarians.  The only problem is that at my library, I'm the only
reference librarian.
