If you have full Adobe, you can choose the option to "Reduce File
Size". That doesn't always work, but I find it does the trick a lot
of the time.

This has been sent to multiple lists. Sorry for any duplication.
Does anyone have a way to send PDF files that are too large to send
via regular emails? We just have had one 5 MB document bounce back
to us. Our system limits us to abuot 10 MB, but obviously this other
library limits file size more severly than we do. The item is 250+
pages, so printing it out and rescanning is not an option. Any
suggestions?
