[ILL-L] Ariel 4.1 problems sending

Make sure you've opened ports in Windows firewall as well as the institutional firewall--that's the most commonly left out part of the setup.

Wellesley College is having great difficulty setting up Ariel 4.1. We can't get it to send anything outside the institution. Has anyone else had this problem?
