[ILL-L] WKM will be a non-supplier July 29-July 31

The Van Wagenen Library (WKM) at SUNY Cobleskill will be a non-supplier July
29, 2009, to July 31, 2009 (we'll should show up lowercase those three
days).  They're shutting off our electricity for three days due to
construction in a neighboring building.  We'll be back up and running again
Aug. 3.

(Anticipate future non-supplier dates as our library moves into the
renovation process - we've been told there will be periods where we will be
without electricity.  I believe the first will not be until this coming May,
but they may surprise us.)
