Virginia Commonwealth University Libraries ( VRC ) will implement new 
interlibrary loan lending fees effective August 1, 2009 .   Please see 
below for our new fee schedule. 
 
New Interlibrary Loan Lending Fees 
 

Groups 
Charge Per Filled Request (copies and loans) 
Additional Fees/Per Filled Requests 
 
ASERL, Kudzu, RALC, VIVA

Corporations/For Profit Organizations

Rush: $10 
Fax: $10 
 
DOCLINE Libraries (Non-reciprocal)

Metro-Richmond Libraries

VCU Libraries charge an additional $5 invoice processing fee for all non ? 
EFTS and IFM participants. 
VCU Libraries reserves the right to double the charges for copies over 30 
pages. 
Rush items are processed within 24 hours of request receipt.
