Jeff-if you are having trouble finding a library that has earlier volumes of this journal in print, you may have to resort to ordering it from a document supplier.  I found one for 20 pounds at

I'm new to this listserv (and ILL!), so please let me know if I should take this type of request elsewhere.

Milligan College (TMJ) has an article request from the June 2000 issue of the British journal of Forensic Practice (ISSN 1463-6646).  When I look up the ISSN, 45 libraries own the item, only 17 are suppliers, and only 6 list holdings.  Of those six, 5 show their holdings begin with Vol. 5, 2003.  I have tried all 17 suppliers, and none of them have this volume/issue.  And yes, this is the record that lists it as a "Serial Publication," not an "Internet Resource."

Does anyone have this in a form you could send me via Ariel or email?  Here's the rest of the citation:
