Nope- didn't try to call them but the request went to 3 working e-mail
addresses.  I even slipped a note about it into a default conditional
message. At any rate, it's resolved now.  Your suggestion sounds good
for any future problems, though.  Thanks!

Heather-have you tried calling them on the phone (instead of email)?
Also, in these cases, if they are still sending you new requests, I
would reply to their new requests via conditional saying that you cannot
process any new requests for them until this old request is completed.

Greetings!

 

We received a book back from BKL- Brooklyn Public Library that was still
in Shipped status.  I've been sending e-mails to them for a month trying
to get them to help us close out the transaction, but haven't gotten any
response.  I even sent a request for help through their website.  Does
anyone know if there have  been any personnel changes in their ILL
staff?  We're still getting requests from them.
