It appears to me that lending credit is applied when the status changes
to "Shipped."  See Note 2.

It’s been resolved now.  
 
The item was still in Shipped; if I had recalled it, we would have lost
the Lending credit.  If it had been in Received, though- I think we
would have retained the credit.

Greetings!
 
We received a book back from BKL- Brooklyn Public Library that was
still in Shipped status.  I’ve been sending e-mails to them for a month
trying to get them to help us close out the transaction, but haven’t
gotten any response.  I even sent a request for help through their
website.  Does anyone know if there have  been any personnel changes in
their ILL staff?  We’re still getting requests from them.
