[ILL-L] Question: International Journal of Dental Anthropology

Hello All

We have a request for an article from the International Journal of
Dental Anthropology. The journal is an electronic journal
(http://ijda.syllabapress.com/)  and there is no record in OCLC.
Obviously I cannot find any possible lender either. I tried couple of
national libraries and other venues but still no success.

So as last resort, I am sending this message to the colleagues out
there. Is there anybody can supply below article?
