If any of you should have happened to have sent us (FZ3) an ILL article
via email attachment in the last five minutes or so - would you please
contact me? We just got two that came in that look like they MIGHT be
ILLs, but there is no email address that can be pulled up, nor any other
information that would identify it as an ILL. It just says " The
document you requested is attached to this e-mail message" - which could
be an ILL, but could just as easily be a virus!

Hi,
We are implementing ILLiad now. Our university's authentication system
is CAS (Central Authentication Service system). If we use CAS as our
ILLiad authentication system, we will choose RemoteAuth option. But
ILLiad document does not provide detail information on it. And ILLiad
help desk told me they can not provide any help on the configuration.
Any one is using CAS system? Could you please give us any help?

MyDelivery, a prototype tool for communicating health and biomedical

Today I saw that one of our borrowing requests was set to Retry
(20090722).
I've never been clear on how 'Retry' works. If I just left the request
alone, would it become active again on 7/22/2009 or do I need to do
something to reactivate the request at that time?
