[ILL-L] Question about Retry status

Today I saw that one of our borrowing requests was set to Retry (20090722).
I've never been clear on how 'Retry' works.  If I just left the request
alone, would it become active again on 7/22/2009 or do I need to do
something to reactivate the request at that time?
